Playing with friends, handwriting, sitting in a desk for long periods, staying seated at a table, eating, playing in the playground, respecting personal space, waiting your turn in a line or in circle, and so many sports! A great way to built control is to practice it! Obstacles that require kiddos to get on and off the floor and balance are great challenges for our core!
